This fee incorporates transaction fees charged by third parties, such as PayPal, Visa and Mastercard, and the processing and disbursement of funds to one or more nominated PayPal business accounts (based on the payment split rules you select as part of your product set up).

This fee only applies to lower value transactions and exists where the percentage transaction fee is too low to cover the fixed costs of processing that transaction.
